About Sarah

I’m Sarah Eliot, a NAMS Certified Nutrition Consultant with a research background in biomaterials science and vascular biology, and I help busy working women (online across the UK and US) who feel stretched thin build simple, realistic nutrition habits that fit into real life. If you’re juggling deadlines, family, and a never-ending to‑do list, I’m here to make food feel easier—not like one more thing on your plate.

If you are ready to reduce the overwhelm of conflicting nutrition advice and build sustainable habits that work whilst still eating the foods you love and not relying on endless cardio as the answer let’s talk.

My story

(and why I coach the way I do)

Where it started

For years, I struggled with my weight and tried every restrictive plan going – cutting out favourite foods, chasing quick fixes, and pushing myself through endless cardio. The results never lasted, and I felt exhausted, guilty, and frustrated.

What changed

Everything changed when I shifted to a more balanced, evidence-based approach to nutrition that respected my time, energy, and real life. My health, confidence, and relationship with food improved. As a lifelong learner with a degree in biomaterials science and engineering and a PhD in vascular biology, I now bring both lived experience and a strong research background to my work. This combination shapes the way I coach today: practical, supportive, evidence-informed, and grounded in what daily life really looks like.

How I coach today

Today, I support women who are tired of all-or-nothing thinking, confusing nutrition rules, and plans that only work on paper. Together, we focus on small, doable shifts that fit your schedule so you can feel more in control of food, more energized day to day, and more at ease in your body – without extreme dieting, guilt, or burnout.

Why flexibility matters to me

No two lives – or brains – look the same, and I’ve always believed individual needs, routines, and wellbeing are closely connected. Living in a neurodivergent household has deepened that belief even further: I’ve seen first-hand how rigid rules and one-size-fits-all advice can set people up to fail. It’s shaped the way I coach – flexible, compassionate, and built around your real life, not a generic plan.

Originally from the UK and now based in Bath, England, with my husband and two children, I bring empathy, flexibility, and a realistic, non-judgemental perspective to every client relationship.

A Different Way to Approach Nutrition

If you’re like many busy women juggling work, family, and everything in between, you’ve probably tried to do more to feel better in your body — more workouts, more rules, more restriction. I did the same. I trained fasted, avoided carbohydrates, pushed through cardio sessions I dreaded, and still felt stuck, exhausted, and frustrated.

Nutrition coaching showed me a different way. Real, lasting change didn’t come from extremes, but from fuelling my body properly and building simple habits that fit real life. I didn’t just see physical changes — I felt stronger, calmer around food, and far more confident.

That shift changed our whole household. We now approach food without “good” and “bad” labels, and it’s exactly this kind of simple, sustainable change I help my clients create for themselves and their families.
